Individuals who successfully complete all three courses in our Process Curriculum will receive a formal Certificate of Process Mastery. Process Masters can come from any part or any level of an organization. Becoming a Process Master is of great value to an individual's company; it is also an important step in the individual's career. In a world of process enterprises, Process Mastery is an important profession and a valuable credential. We can help organizations identify those individuals who should enroll in this program and assist in scheduling their development. We also offer incentives to encourage the rapid development of a critical mass of Process Masters.
